It is best to do a lot of research before jumping in. Definetly not something for everyone. Cybs acid to base hybrid salt tek is best for MHRB. Gordo has lots of videos. Please research safety in making and taking. Taking while on SSRI can be fatal. DMT-Nexus is the go to place for knowledge.

I grew shrooms before I took them. I'd say make a budget. Starting up with one tub can run you $45-$100, depends on where you source your item's and spores. I also didnt try shrooms until i grew them 1f642.png I'd reccomend the TEKs on Shroomery in getting started. You could also check out the Myco Madness Youtube channel. He also is a community member here and makes various videos on cultivation techniques. Myco Madness
