Are you talking about nn-DMT? If so I don't really know of any legal clinical setting for that. 5-meO you'd have to go underground or out of the US.

But I'd start there you can contact them they may be able to help or they may be able to advise. At this point in time you won't find retreats or non therapeutic clinics or settings without a therapist involved due to the nature of the substance and legalities.
