I feel this. Seems to happen a lot with me recently. Not necessarily choices but words that I speak out of anger and they ruin things even more which causes more anger and it’s spiraling up to where it becomes really frustrating and toxic.

I've battled with my anger a bit as well. But I have finally noticed a consistent change lately. Much more calm and aware. Which has allowed me to catch myself. I only need to control myself.
