I first grind the bark (if not already powdered).
Add just enough vinegar to the dry bark to make a slurry in a one gallon freezer bag. Freeze and thaw it 1 to 3 times.

18 to 20 grams per kilo. This batch was only 800 grams of mhrb and first pull was 15.25 grams. Haven't done second pull yet. I wait at least a week till second pull.
