I personally have never had any issues but everybody is different and my system May react differently than other people's system so going forward just understand that coffee is a moai so it may enhance the experience, no guarantees though.

i have experience only dmt(no changa) and coffe before and cafeine feeling made a very disturbing impression. I won't repeat it.

I drink tons of coffee. I also drink it when I smoke change. I never thought about it reacting with the dmt. My mouth gets parched when smoking and coffee is tasty good with it. (For me)
