Microdosing DMT got me through thunderclap headaches I was getting last year when my spine was leaking. 12mg vaped would instantly make the headache go away for several hours. The dose wasn't enough to fully trip but I could feel the pressure in my skull change instantly.
It wasnt a thunderclap headache was just a bad migrain i used kratom and a heavy does of musle relaxers
