Im going to dose shroomiboys tomorrow. What type of substances can I eat/ drink beforehand? I know that fasting increases the effects but can I drink coffee? Any food that wont impact the effects?

I make coffe instead of tea using instant coffee n boiled magic water..im not a tea drinker..but its coffee everyday for me
