FloydianSlip420 using sf1000 in a 3x3 an an sf2000 in the 3x4 dwc is super easy an i get no bugs i grow in soil outdoor or at least i did at my old place new place presents new challenges

I have converted my old wilma system into dwc. Just drilled holes big enough for pot and stuck in an few airstones and a pump to circulate the nutes. DWC is by far the easiest method I've used, just need to make sure there's enough oxygen in the tank and the roots are cool enough.

Yes ive kept contam at bay before to get the flush out. Ill also use peroxide in spray bottle with water to keep any spores it may have dropped down. It has worked to get the flush out but wouldnt expect more that one if you contain it for that long
PineapplePileus The down side (depending on contam) is that the nozzle's pressure will blow the spores and compromise the rest of the sub. Works wonders on cobweb mold, but learned the hard way with trich. Best lessons are those challenges.
