Made my 1st batch of Agar yesterday! 500ml water, 10g LME, 10g Agar-Agar, 1g nutrional yeast. 15psi for 45 min. I hit up 2 petri dishes w/ spore syringes, set 2 out to see if they grow any contam, put 6 in the fridge, & the remaning i left in the mason jar at room temp.
