A easy one with 500g bark. I know been some luck in it with easy separation. 2300ml water,350g lye,maybe 75g salt,500gs mimosa and a gallon jar. Throw bark in when the lye and water first starting to cool down. This is with powdered mhrb

I have stopped thinking about it as fear. It is not fear that makes me feel anxious about blasting off, it is profound respect. For me it's normal and I do breathing exercises and meditation to prepare.
