Heat. Vibrations. Both. A heat bath will usually help. Put your jar on a sub woofer or clothes dryer. The vibrations will help. Put it in a heat bath on top of a sub woofer or clothes dryer.

Try adding a little bit of water very small amounts sometimes it helps separate things
