I have accidentally spent trips cleaning. Laying on the carpet is much less comfortable when its full of crumbs! Lol the worst part is that the carpet part of the vacume was broken and I spent my peak using the hose attachment on the entire rug. Learned my lesson after that.
But for deep cleaning something like my bathroom tub toilet and counters i was considering taking a low dose to make my vision better and make it more interesting 
It is funny to me sometimes because I only feel in when I am inside but if I am in nature I completely don't care at all.
Interesting thought. You're right. I have a similar experience, although I am always acutely aware that i must have my hands relatively clean/washed because I unconsciously touch my face sometimes. Especially during the peak
