Just finished my first ever flush, and I’m thinking it went ok. The biggest problem I’ve ran into is mainly drying them correctly in a food dehydrator. I usually dry them at 105 degrees for 10 hours or more if they were still feeling soft. Any siggestions?

Fan dry a day or two. Google calcium chloride. It's found in most grocery stores. Don't place directly on it.

No real tricks. I air dry / fan for a couple days just to get them down in size to fit in dehydrator.
For dehydrator I set to minimum temperature. On mine it is 40 celcius.

Looks good, my dehydrator is one temp and usually finishes the job in 5-10 depending on the fruit. KSSS takes forever unless i chop them in half and cap them.
