As I cleaned it to confirm that is a stone, I knew that it reminded me of something… So if you are not familiar with the Metroid Prime saga, in this dimension there is a planet which acts like a ‘virus’ infecting other planet’s life forms to spread across the universe with spore and mycelium like structures. In other to do so, planet Phaze cultivates special lifeforms, called Leviathans, which take about a century to grow from within the core, which act like spacecrafts/meteorites with the ability to create wormholes to dwell across the universe in search for a host planet. Once the specimen finds a planet with lifeforms, they act like a meteorite which crash and release millions of spores, infecting the area. In other to protect itself, the Leviathan infects a superior lifeform to protect itself and to help spread the phazon/virus/fungus. Hmmm perhaps Nintendo knows something that we don’t...! O.O
