Mornin' ppl!So, I tried to make Blue Juice with 200g fresh galindois last night <3The idea is to maintain the solution acidic to avoid degradation of compounds, and then store it in the freezer until use.The final solution had a volume of 1L, would you consider this too strong or too diluted?Any tips or recommendations?Any idea how long until it starts to loose potency?Any idea how this solution can be transformed into some other edible before, or after freezing it?Thanks everyone!Have a nice day :)
