I'm doing a Rye Malt and Jasmine Brown Rice experiment.I used Coffee, honey, Jasmine brown rice, and Rye malt.I let the grains Soak for an hour then hydrated them for 15 minutes. Now its drying.Next step is to put them in Jars and do a steam bath for 90 minutes.Wish me luck!
