OvoideocystidiataMann87 i actually dehydrated most of them to put in a soup recipe this weekend. I ate 1 raw after washing it off and my daughter even tried one. To me the texture was like the tiny fish eggs they put on top of sushi rolls with a mild flavor. It was GREAT!!
