OH also here's a catch to this: If I don't take a picture via screencapping video it won't pick up the glow.

Looks like the light being reflected off of your retina, like the red eye effect from a flash.

From what I've read it's something that happens naturally as you age from fluorescent lighting and the sun, but it's not supposed to be this strong til you're in your 40's or 50's and I'm 22
