I have been experiencing sleep paralysis lately more often than usual and it got very intense 2 days ago when I woke up from my sleep I saw shadows all around me they had giant heads and I saw started to panic and when I did one of them flew towards me and then I woke up I'm wondering if this could be caused by my recreational lsd use? Please any advice would be great
