Had a pretty wild meditation today. .2g Golden Teachers. FastedEyes closed - Visuals I was feeling like a POS so I decided to tell everyone in my immediate circle (during my meditation) I love them and wish they find happiness. It was pretty cool. Each person would pop up and a pure white beam/ray would point at them while I said my message.After getting to the end of my messages the beams of light weee starting to enclose me. Felt like love and empathy. I’ve never really meditated on stuff like that before so it was cool to see that some visuals can be meditation specific stuff. Here are some pics I generated to kind of replicate what I saw. The black and white photo is the closest representation of what it was like.

I loved Golden Teachers, I haven’t worked on them in awhile. Definitely need to revisit them! I remember doing 3g of them and I enjoyed the open eyed visuals! Also saw my body covered in patterns and markings.
