I found my main issue in mushy grow progress. Since I use agar plates bought online and not DIY, I can actually create some cultures. I thought my mistake was working not sterile enough but in the end I am just unable to make some sterile agar plates . I just have to admit I cannot do every single step by myself. What I still need to learn is, how to interpret culture growth and to see if it's contaminated or clean. Also I would like to know more about different kind of growth. Does anybody has some available information for that? Or maybe video recommendations?
