Three temps to go off, I think it was a success. Ran off of gas, and a 6ltr pressure cooker. One of the Bluetooth temp probes is buried in the lower 5ltr bucket (of 6). With internal temps of 93°c/200°f. The other temp is also vac packed and on top of the highest bucket. The other temp on top of the tub is a oven style meat probe that’s hit 100°c at highest point of the cabinet. So a success to say it’s unlined. Only external insulation. I’m happy to pasteurise my 8 ingredient poop mix this way for sure, It’s the initial maiden voyage so may the mush gods spray for the 5ltr buckets of Media. Which from a cold start due to being stored around 16°c took a while to get going vs fresh just expanded/hot etc so the internal monitor chart is very slow to get going. So far internal temp as peaked at 97 degrees. So toning it down a bit. It’s great to see exactly when it goes beyond 160°f at core temp in a bucket. About 150$ all in for materials, sensors and what not. It’s around 120qt tub wise, the big one pictured below, a fairly airtight seal. So a good starting point. I hereby name thee “Louis”.
