Do people use anything other than standard CVG?Been looking at potentially worm casts/straw/bat guano/coffee grounds etcFrom my limited knowledge it would need a more thorough PC vs pasteurisation?I stumbled across this on the web and it’s confirmed me wanting to treat the precious ones (long term) vs standard CVG.

Would it be better to do the pasteurization in the oven? I thought that pcing substrates like that would make it more likely contam easier.

I’m not sure my friend. I was going to PC them. I steam boxed CV before. This time I was going to fill buckets and then PC for an hour or so. (The substr8 website says 160 for 90mins in-house)

A little update. The 1st half empty bucket almost imploded from the pressure. The lid accidentally shut fully. Attempt 2 and 3 and a little too much moisture got into the bucket/media.
