Dont throw away your reclaim! Soak your rig in alcohol overnight once a month. Drain it back into the alc container and reuse the same alc a few times. Drain it into a pyrex dish and let it evaporate over a few weeks. You can speed this process up with a candle warmer or PVC heat blanket. You will notice the reclaim sticking to the dish, drain excess alc if any. Order a capsules, tray, and dropper from amazon. Figure out the amount you want in each capsule. Put dish in oven at 220 for 30 min with a 1:1 ratio of sunflower lecithin/mct oil. You can put JUST reclaim in oven to make sure its activated but its mostly active already. If it bubbles it's still activating. If bubbles are done you are ready to add your 1:1 blend. You can find a converter online to converter .ml to grams. 00 caps are .9 ml. I think I've been saying a gram of reclaim is 10ml (ish). If you want .1 reclaim in 40 caps then you need to fill the remainder with your fats/lecithin. Which would be (.4mct x 40) + (.4lecithin x40) I usually use the converter for the mct and treat lecithin like it has the consistency of reclaim. My best caps come from an equal ratio of lecithin to mct for the filler. Let sit for about 5-10 min for cooling. Use dropper and slowly fill your caps while they are standing in the tray. Store in freezer, eat daily! Lol. These have about .088 claim in them. A little much for a daily vitamin for me, perfect for some.
