it's too thick to filter out the particles. I think i will add hot water and then run it through a strainer, which sort of defeats the whole point of trying to make honey. if you dont grind the shrooms, you need loads of honey to cover them so it will end up too weak.

I suggest using a warm water bath to thin the honey, and straining out the particulate. I would personally still dose with the mush that gets strained away. I definitely wouldn't add hot water into the jar tho
