Heres my weight loss journey. After going through a seperation and losing everything including seeing my children and losing to best frienda to murder. I have changed my ways from the way i feel to the way i look. Right picture is from two months ago. Left picture is todays picture i vowed myself not to stop for a year and to be alone u til Christmas. No family, no friends, just myself, my mind and my feelings. Only being selfish in order to get my life back but 100x better! Discipline, dedication, and ambition! Dont ever say you cant cause you fuckin can!
