Gonna be a lame-o and go for some regular mushrooms....really wanna grow my own enoki, I love those things in some hot pot; a Japanese favorite of mine.

Theres a store on amazon that has gourmet mushrooms for like 10 bucks for a live culture syringe. Ive got like 10 species/varieties from them
