Ordered half a beef a few weeks ago. It's at the butcher's now aging for 2 weeks. Had to get a new freezer to put it in. Gonna try to fill the other 1/3 of this freezer with mushies this year! Love you guys! (Also I hope I didn't offend anyone who has other diet choices. I support your decision and hope it brings you health and prosperity!)

It's rather expensive up front to buy a whole side of beef. But in the long run you can get more for your money and a better quality meat than just bargain hunting in your local grocery store... That’s the only way to go in my opinion. I do the same thing. It’s worth every penny you put in up front for the quality you receive.

My mom used to buy beef like this with a few of her friends. Sometimes a half…. Sometimes a quarter. The quality is always good. Splitting the costs with others makes it an easier operation to finance when you don’t enough to foot the entire bill.
