This was the last fruit I got out of the dryer. A little bit mushy on the lower stem for the big one but the rest was dried out no problem. Since I'm planning to eat this soon I didn't see a reason to add silica gel and decide to test my theory to see if the vaccum function helps get small amounts of moisture out. Then of course it is sealed. I'll add these to a pint jar with silica packets. I also heard you can reuse the packets by putting them in the microwave to? I know FunGuyFruits has mentioned it on his YouTube channel.
