Anybody ever do this, i transfer good strong mycelium to other jars. I only do it once then go from a sporeprint to make more. Gets weaker per generation transfers but keep the strong and it shall survive!!!

Yeah, agar is great, just work as i go!!! Always use the best strongest fruits for spores and strongest myc growth to transfer,
