I've been sitting on this story for a while now. This week inwaa able to finally take a picture for context Backstory-- i went to client's home and was blown away by a tapestry on the wall. My phone was outside so i couldn't grab a photo.-- Fast forward to yesterday-- i was prepared! Gunny Sgt Grover. 94 years. Also infantry in the Army. Shit was different back then vs now. I am 11-B. I meet Gunny Sgt Grocery Grover in March.This old bastard is still full of energy. He is a client if mine. ( Yes i left retirement) We met at his home. We talked then i went i went downt to his gun room. At 94 he still competes in long range pistol Compitions. I walked downstairs and saw a tapestry on the wall. I nearly shit myself. He has a fucking DMT tapestry on the wall. Only i new what it was. At that moment i wanted to take a picture..no phone. Finally he called me over to check out some tompson frames. Boom here it was.. I got my picture. He told me about 10 years ago his wife and daughter went to a "retreat" in Amsterdam. They brought him back this! Wow. Retreat my ass!
