Leave it closed while it’s colonizing. Imagine all the dust/bacteria particles in the air falling onto the colonizing surface.. I can be annoyingly careful with this stuff tho...like you’re probably fine but,, what if?? ya know?

I went straight to fruiting conditions. BRF to bulk. I tried letting it sit for 10 days with lid on before. Trying this way this time. Next experiment is agar to grain.
