Seems to be alot of moss growin with my San Pedro.. Any cacti pros; will this be a problem?

Maybe try spraying some diluted peroxide? I'd go about 1:3 peroxide to water and drench the surface. Maybe someone else will have other ideas but that generally works for the green shit

well, if you have moss, you are not having enough sunlight and the substrate is to wet so.. not ideal conditions for cacti at all.. but at that stage you're at right now with seedlings it should be alright
