Oven inoculation.
Ive learned over years that people spend money on making little transfer boxes and like things to either transfer mycelium or inoculate their jars.
Dont need it!!!
Turn oven on 180 degrees, open oven and use cookie sheet or rack, let stove heat up for 30 mins while oven door is open. Bacteria thrive from 40-140 degrees this 180 will heat the surrounding area and will heat up the kitchen, a bit. After about 30 mins pull rack out a bit and place your jars on a cookie sheet or flat surface to work on, but make sure that your jars are not sitting on the oven while its heating up for the time alotted that will only make your jars to hot to inoculate and will kill your spores or mycelium transfer. I always place jars on counter to cool for the hour after stove top sterilizing them. Anyways your free range after this try to work as quicly as possible doing one jar at a time and tightening each lid after inoculating. As you can see from pick i had done mycelium popcorn mycelium transfer from one jar to next, but it works same with how ever you do your inoculation. Enjoy, and keep mushing forward.
I dont take credit from these teks Ive gained some knowledge from The Shroom Wizard years ago when i was about 18, so all credit goes to him and if you have been around the shroom circle most people will say they remember him.
