Hey im not sure exactly what happened here i had to go to a friends house to get on here if an admin could help me resolve this issue or if i did something wrong could someone let me know?

It happens, they will fix It. It may take a minute. You could always try logging in on a computer or use a vpn and see what happens..... I’m just saying it happened to me before. And those are work around that worked for me. They’ll fix it when they see this I’ll figure it out and they’ll fix it.
