I usually take about 3 g of dried, how much of fresh I would need to use to make blue juice in comparison with dried.

They say fresh mushies are 90% water or 10% actual mushroom. To calculate rough equivalents from wet to dry you move the decimal place one spot to the left. From dry to wet one spot to the right. So 3g dry is roughly equivalent to 30g wet.

Fresh mushrooms weigh like several grams each if they plump i had one at like 9 grams or so yeah mostly waster that being said i think fresh mushrooms are the way to go if you can make them edible.
