Are you in the group..... if not you have to join it first or it will kick you out of the app, same with trying to tag a person.....if you arent friends and try it will kick you out....and if you dont type in the exact spelling it will kick you out.

I feel you about the hand cramping. Try moving the handles of the shears all the way down into your palm, that way you don't have to squeeze with your fingers. Worked for me at least...
