Well I've been growing outdoors for 20 plus years and never bought plants inside during a storm. As for plastic bags I have used them in the past to force them into flower by keeping heavy blacl plastic garbage bags over them from 7pm to 7am so they get a 12 hour light cycle when the days are longer... View More
