Oregon Cannabis Businesses Must Pay Taxes Or Lose Licenses
In a May 16 announcement, Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek directed the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) to make state tax compliance mandatory in order to issue or renew cannabis retail licenses.
