the perennial philosophy is on my list for sure. any titles in breathwork? i’ve been wanting to get James Nestor’s Breath and Deep. been using the Wim Hof app for a while it’s awesome. recently picked up The Hero with a Thousand Faces from Campbell but still haven’t dove in yet

I'll check that Campbell book out. I just finished Breath by James Nestor and it was fantastic you are going to love it. I'm also reading just breathe by Dan Brule.
Have you read platos dialogues? Or any Carl Jung?
