hvac tec- i work on heating ventilating and air conditioning systems. I know kinda boring unless its 100 degrees and yours breaks lol

@shroomday0117 no its probably a mix of fiberglass and asbestos lol. Im glad im in the southeast so it dosent get cold for to long

@shroomday0017 i was a fireman for almost 20 years and saw a few houses burn with sawdust as insulation. They probably treated it with something years ago but im sure the extreme temperature change in a attic will deteriorate it after a while.
