....my alternative would be to avoid social occasions and choose to go for a walk in nature or pursue a hobby until you feel secure enough in your abstinence to engage socially.It can take some time.

I wouldn’t know I guess lol I’m too young but definitely reminds me of the blue box stuff my parents burned when I was young, if anyone has recommendations on different incense brands or anything though I’m all ears the blue nag champa stuff is just very nostalgic for me
