My First Trip

I inhale and count to 15. My heart is beating so fast it feels like it’s going to come out of my chest.My body feels so light at this moment. My eyes are still closed.I exhale and open my eyes. Everything seems brighter, I feel weightless.I inhale the second hit and count to 15.I close my eyes.I mess up my seconds, 10, 11, 12, 8, 3?I exhale and open my eyes again.The second I open my eyes I feel like I’ve physically bounced into a completely different universe.Everything around me looks like a sixth dimension.The trees all look so...clay like. Everything just looks very geometrical. The water, it’s like every ripple was made out of tiny triangles. Every single thing around me was full of life.I look up at the clouds and see these beautiful patterns, like you’d see through a kaleidoscope.After a while they start to form into something that looked like spirits on their way to (the other side).I keep looking and they form into skulls, I immediately feel afraid and look away but I know what I’m experiencing isn’t like any other psychedelic. I keep looking around and can’t believe what I’m seeing. I can look at myself, I see my body but it’s not my body. It’s just a shell for the human experience that my soul is having. I truly felt more than human. It made me feel alive. And as the visions started to fade I slowly felt myself dive back into my body. at this point I’m just mind blown. A feeling I’ve never had, I felt more aware I guess, of the life I was living. An ego death like never before, it made me feel small, it made me question what reality is. Is this making me see life for what is really is? All I can say to myself is “woah”
