So I took 2 pills of gabapentin and waited about 30 mins. I took 1 more pill and repeated that once more. A total of 4 400 mg pills. I went to use my bong to smoke some bud. I roughly smoked about 4-5 bowls of bud. Taking very decent big hits. At this point it was already 1½ hr since I had taken the gabapentin.
At that point I started feeling something but I'm not sure how to describe it. I decided to go lay down in my bed. I closed my eyes and tried to do some meditation. This is when things started to get interesting.
I stated to have the most vivid imagery I've ever had in my life. As I was meditating, I stated to notice how it felt as if I had a TV screen in front of me. I could imagine as if I were flying around in the helicopter in Battlefield 2042. It was so crazy man. It really felt like I just had a movie screen right on my face.
I would love to experience extremely vivid imagery again. It's not closed eye visuals like psychedelics. It's more like imagine what you want and it pops up. Anwyas that was my experience on that. Much love guys. Stay safe

It's prescribed to me due to my burn injury. I've heard that gabapentin can have some pretty okay ish effects on you. Not something I'd do again though

It can be relaxing/sedating, but if you're prone to alcohol abuse or anything, please be cautious- it works on the same pathways as alcohol and can become a problem. Speaking from personal experience
