Serotonin syndrome is really quite rare and as already noted, not fully understood ..... Its just a serious enough of an issue that its worth being conscious of if already on an SSRI, increasing your psychedelic dosage to counter the common SSRI side effects of diminishing psychedelic returns ..... ...
