Personally I dont do christmas trees at my house, my cats and small children would turn it into small sticks lol.
But my mom has an electric palm tree that she uses every year. She got it as a joke one year and then it stuck around.
I moved so much over the past decade that i don't put a tree up. It's either in storage or inconvenient. I also have cats that would find it too tempting to mess up. I decorated the outside of one of my houses which included mini trees. I'm my current apartment i can't decorate my windows with light... View More
I rock a festivus pole. An unordained metal pole. We stand around it to air our grievances. (I have small kids so we have a traditional self cut tree as well)
