I was going to try a heroic dose this weekend but got diagnosed with mono. Aside from some spleen inflammation and being overall a tad tired, does anyone think it would be okay trip with mono?

I second that opinion above. Don't stress your body out. Plus you may have the possible repercussions in the back of your mind which may affect your trip. Error on the side of caution my friend.
