For my ego death experience i ate 15 grams... i dont recommend it. I wanted the experience but it still took me by surprise its extremely frightening and humbling
I feel personally that huge dose that is required to experience ego dissolution on shrooms, turns into a massive endurance trial. They have such long effect time-wise.
