How many times can you usually extract dmt from a single batch of mhrb with naphtha? I'm going to go until I get almost nothing, but am curious how many pulls that normally would be.

That's all going to depend on tek and volume of naptha used. I can get it all pulled in a single pull following an AB liquid tek with a large volume of naptha. General rule is to keep pulling with naptha until you are not getting any more DMT out of it. The it's time to pull jimjam with xylene.

Self sabotage and escapism via opioids sounds like running from yourself more than running from your family. If you got a hard headed woman I suggest being honest with her, speaking in love. More than one way to skin a cat but a road of escapism will just leave you alone.
