Anybody got any good methods to deal with the anxiety & paranoia when your going through that come up phase? I try and tell myself to chill & ride it out when i use MDMA but i always freak out still.

Idk about the come up but they say bob ross saves and ive witnessed it... Someone freaking out.. And o put a bob ross youtube video on and they chilled out within 5 min. (Bob ross the painter)
